Two former PBS&J officials were sentenced to prison time for a $36 million embezzlement scheme at the engineering consulting firm.
Former Chief Financial Officer William Scott Deloach [REPUBLICAN, right] is to serve just over eight years in federal prison for the embezzlement charge and two years on charges that he used "straw men" to illegally contribute $11,000 to U.S. Sen. Mel Martinez's 2002 campaign.
