In FL-15 Paul Rancatore(D) Challenges Weldon's (R) Support of Deficit Spending

Pledging to be a leader who produces results for Florida's families in Congress, Paul Rancatore, a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves and a Captain with American Airlines, announced that he is running to represent Florida's Fifteenth Congressional District in the United States Congress.

"After years of supporting Republicans' out of control deficit spending, it's difficult to understand how Representative Weldon rejected a budget that cuts taxes for middle class families and reduces the deficit."

Weldon has repeatedly squirmed out of his term-limits pledge

Weldon also was among 84 representatives who voted against reauthorizing the COPS program, which directs federal money to local police agencies to hire officers.
